Aeoncademy is very excited to share our latest adventures in nutritional and ethical eating. We are teaming up with the dynamic Ruth Gaha-Morris of Scrumpers Garden. She will be cooking up a range of delicious seasonal dishes , baking our morning teas and preparing afternoon tea.
A founder of the Southern Harvest Farmers Market in Bungendore Ruth is also a committee member and stall holder. She purchases her products mainly from farm producers and whole food suppliers and then converts them into delicious, healthy meals.
Just in time for Spring we will be developing garden plans and incorporating them into our World Cooking program. We also have the gardening and cooking program Cornucopia for children who love to cook and grow things.
Of course we continue to be nut free and cater for vegetarians and gluten free participants.
